Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., opened consumables or custom orders). These exceptions will be noted on the product page when applicable.
